‘Opening a new door can be a wonderfully joyful moment.’

My great thirst for knowledge and curiosity to understand the complex interrelationships of the world led me to study economics and art history at the University of Basel.

Behavioural economics in particular - the understanding of human decisions and their influence on economic processes - has had a lasting impact on my work. After gaining initial experience at an international art fair, I found my professional home at VivaCoaching. Here I contribute my analytical skills, my creative way of thinking and my enthusiasm for people in their individuality.

As Managing Director of VivaCoaching, I use scientifically proven psychological methods and a behavioural economics approach to design effective change processes.

This approach helps us to identify obstacles that often unconsciously influence decisions and to develop effective measures that lead to sustainable results. In our programmes, we support the entire application process with clever measures and attach great importance to practical exercises, targeted tools and the promotion of our clients' individual resources and potential. We provide targeted support in building an authentic personal brand and telling their own professional story.

In the Explorer programmes, change is initiated in an inspiring format. The common goal creates fertile ground for development, promotes dynamism and energises people to take the next professional step. At VivaCoaching, we achieve this through a consistently solution-oriented approach and a resource-orientated mindset. We respect and honour people in their individuality and personal responsibility and communicate on an equal footing.

The exchange with different people inspires me again and again to learn about new perspectives and approaches. This constant learning process enriches both my personal and professional development.

In my private life, I find balance and inspiration in nature and by spending time with my daughter. Whether in the forest, in the mountains, on my bike or in Scandinavia - I draw energy from movement and new impressions.
