Course Instructor at VivaCoaching is to support professionals in embracing change, overcoming
challenges and stepping into their full potential with confidence and purpose.
With a diverse background in coaching, communications, marketing, HR and project
management, I am passionate about empowering professionals to navigate career transitions
with confidence and clarity. I create an interactive and supportive learning environment,
where participants can develop their personal brand, refine their career strategy and build
the skills needed to stand out in a competitive job market. I encourage individuals to show up
as their authentic selves, trust their inner strength and take courages steps toward a fulfilling career.
Throughout my career, I have gained deep insights into what it takes to thrive in today's job
market. I bring a holistic, practical and results-oriented approach to my career coaching,
helping individuals align their strengths, values and goals for a meaningful professional growth.
I’m deeply passionate about personal growth and exploring the science behind human
thoughts, emotions and actions. A commitment to continuous learning and discovery shapes
both my professional journey and personal pursuits. I bring this same curiosity, resilience and
passion into my coaching, empowering others to navigate challenges and unlock their full potential.
Outside of work, I find energy and inspiration in the mountains, whether I’m snowboarding,
skiing, hiking or biking. Originally from Iceland, my family and I have embraced life in
Switzerland, where we share a love for adventure and the outdoors.
